We are thrilled to announce that Sara Olson has joined Concerned Women for America as their Vice President for Development! As the Vice President, she will design and implement their major gifts program, create strategic plans, and set yearly goals for major gifts, legacy gifts, and capital campaigns.

Since 2012, Sara has been working with Belmont University in Nashville as the Director of Parent Engagement and Major Gifts, working with major donors and parent associations to advance the mission of the University and engage families in the University’s activities. She has also worked with Belmont as a Special Project Manager for the Office of Admissions, planning and executing visitor days and admission events. From 1998-2008, Sara co-founded and oversaw Haystack Associates, an executive search firm serving national clients. Her early career is in Sales Training and Sales Management.

Sara is also very involved in her community, attending Fellowship Bible Church and working with the Both Hands Foundation to help families raise money for their adoptions.
