Guy Rodgers will join Pinnacle Forum as their newest President, officially starting his tenure as the senior leader for this impactful ministry in the fall. Pinnacle Forum connects influential Christian leaders in Forums located across the country and encourages them to become culture changers. As President, Guy will work collaboratively with the Board of Directors to lead the transformation of Pinnacle Forum from its current entrepreneurial stage to that of a more mature organization capable of delivering on long-term vision.

Guy has an impressive history of executive leadership ranging from VP Communications and Marketing to CFO roles. He spent the 1990s as the first National Field Director for the Christian Coalition, a role that led to the distribution of over 40 million voter guides and the considerable expansion of the organization. In 3 short years, Guy grew the number of state affiliates from just 3 to 44 and local chapters from 68 to 900. He’s continued to demonstrate his passion for culture change in recent years as the first Executive Director and CFO of Act for America. In this role, as well, Guy proved himself as a change agent, building the organization to include over 850 chapter with almost 280,000 members. Guy has also served in a long term consulting engagement with the Dallas-based Heritage Alliance, leading them to create new partnerships to distribute their voter guides and Prayer for Leaders program.

Guy described his excitement about the opportunity to lead Pinnacle Forum, explaining how he has felt the void for a ministry such as this among many of his peers. “There’s a common refrain [among Christian leaders across America] – there is a sense of desperation, even despair, in the face of the spiritual and cultural challenges facing this country.” He believes Pinnacle Forum’s vision, mission and strategy uniquely position it to provide a solution to this problem and ultimately, change the trajectory of their communities and country.
